Arwa Wellness offers one-to-one coaching, listening sessions, and guided hypnosis sessions. The website describes each service’s purpose, duration, and format. Experiences and results vary.

Arwa Wellness does not provide an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent help, contact local emergency services or an appropriate professional.
 

Booking, price, and payment

You can request a session through the website. Prices are displayed on the website. Before the session, we will explain how payment works, and ask you to agree before proceeding. 

Payment is made after the session using the method agreed with you. No online payment is required to request a booking.
 

Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us through email or whatsapp number as soon as possible.

If Arwa Wellness needs to cancel, we will offer another available time. Your rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
 

Online sessions

For an online session, please join from a private place with a reliable internet connection. If a technical problem interrupts the session, we will discuss a reasonable way to continue or reschedule it.

Neither party may record a session without the other’s agreement.
